Shipping & Delivery

Our standard production time (not including transit time) is 5 to 7 business days. Once we ship your order, delivery is up to the USPS and the shipping method selected during check out. We design, make and ship your orders all from the beautiful Pacific Northwest. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we will let you know how soon we can ship it.  

Please be sure to double check your shipping address during check out. Make sure you have selected a delivery location that is secure. USPS is responsible for the delivery of your order once we place it in their possession. 

First Class shipping does not include insurance. If you would like your shipping insured through the USPS please select one of the Priority Mail options. If your tracking number shows that your item was delivered but it is not in your mailbox, contact your local post office. 

We are not responsible for orders lost or damaged during shipping. 

Expedited Shipping

We do offer expedited shipping. If you are shipping to a US address you have the option of selecting Priority Mail or Priority Mail Express during check out. 

Please Note -- Expedited shipping only speeds up your order's transit time, it does not expedite the production time. Please contact us if you need your order sooner than our standard 5 to 7 business day production time frame and we'll let you know what we can do.
